Illustrator and Cartoonist Cristina Zimmerman hails from Denver, Colorado, and has been illustrating and designing since her 1984 graduation from the Art Institute of Seattle. She began her career in fashion illustration, and has developed a much wider variety of styles over the last 20 years.

Cristina's alternate career as a graphic designer has enabled her to work successfully with a wide range of art directors designers and authors, pleasing clients with the desired images the first time out. Her illustrative style varies from realistic to fantasy to caricature, depending upon the needs of her clients. Cristina's favorite media include pen and ink, watercolor and markers, and her highly imaginative nature adds something truly original to every rendering.
