My name is Dzintars Melnis. I'm a cartoonist from Latvia. Latvia is one small country near the Baltic sea, wich is famous with it's ice hockey fans and where - such a surprise - survived a few cartoonists too, myself included.

It will be not a telling lies, that I drawing since borning, but professionaly I do it nine years. Mostly I draw gag, now and then strip cartoons and caricatures. My drawings were publiced in all higgest Latvian issues and now I'll be glad to see how its fit ewerywhere else.
