I am Chaz Wood, a 28-year old illustrator working in Dundee. I attended Dundee College '93-'96 studying graphic design.

In 1999 I produced corporate artwork for a local body piercing studio (image 15).

In 2000 I began 'The Black Flag', an epic 4-part comic book revolving around urban politics/celtic myth/environmentalism (images 6-12).

This year, w/my associate Frang we set up Caledon Comix to produce our own small press comic publications. The first of these is 'Arf & Mo', a collection of 'anarchic animal antics' featuring the titular duo; a bloated Alsatian & a shifty white rat. This has gone on sale in local shops and has also been taken by an online distributor for sale at the upcoming Bristol comics convention. I am the creator, writer & penciller on these strips.

We are also soon to produce the first of our fantasy/myth anthology, 'Yokelore', which will serialize 'Black Flag' & feature other strips written singularly & in collaboration. (images 14, 19).
